Desray and Marissa are simply the best. I am not sure what I would have done without them. My elderly parents were in a crisis situation still living in their large family home when my Dad had a life changing stroke. The situation was made more complex as I live in London. They quickly found an excellent frail care facility nearby for him to be cared for. They helped me find a retirement flat in the same building where my Mother now lives. Over a 6-week period they sensitively, methodically and efficiently sorted through all of my parents’ many belongings and cleared the house ready for it to be sold. On the day of moving my Mum to her retirement flat they directed operations in the most organised way, and rolled up their sleeves so that the move and all the unpacking happened all on one day. They interacted with my Mother in a caring and compassionate manner. I know that if I need their help again, they are just a WhatsApp away.
