I am not sure how we would have managed without Daughters on Loan. Like so many South Africans, my sister and I live overseas. So when my elderly Mom moved to independent living in a retirement community, we needed someone we could all call on to do the things we would have done had we been there. Marissa and Desray shopped for groceries, they helped with tax returns and car licenses, they bought her special treats and delivered flowers to her door, they invited her to lunch, and stopped by for tea. They made her feel like family. Sometimes my Mom could be demanding, but Daughters on Loan took it in their stride. They are kind and compassionate, efficient and understanding. Now that my Mom has passed, we continue to use their services to help us tie up loose ends. I don't quite know what we would have done without them. Highly- highly recommended.
